EMESCO Designs CDW-01 Chassis Kit

This is our CDW-01 chassis kit, a lightweight motorcycle chassis built to the highest standard, our chassis kits are proudly engineered and manufactured entirely in-house here in Lincolnshire. Inspired by the iconic grand prix two strokes of the past, the CDW-01 blends classic race bike proportions with modern engineering, manufacturing techniques and performance. Every chassis is handcrafted using precision CNC-machined components and meticulously TIG welded. The result is a race pedigree chassis that handles as good as it looks. Our current chassis catalogue for this chassis kit includes the following engines RG500, RD500, YPVS, LC. However the CDW-01 is not limited to these powerplants as we are able to manufacture this chassis kit to suit your required engine.
